Ich habe jetzt noch mal herumprobiert:

Ich habe ADE mal wieder deautorisiert, den PC neu gestartet, neu autorisiert und dann die ausgeliehenen Bücher neu heruntergeladen.

Als ich jedoch versuchte, sie per ADE auf meinen Tolino zu übertragen, hat ADE sich beim Bücher kopieren aufgehängt. Er erzählte mir jeweils 45 min bzw. 5 min lang, er würde das Buch kopieren, ohne zu einem Ende zu kommen. Ich habe die Vorgänge abgebrochen und meinen Tolino vom PC entfernt. Merkwürdigerweise scheint der Buchtransport trotzdem geklappt zu haben. Diesmal waren die Bücher sogar ohne Fehlermeldung lesbar!

Das Deautoriseren - Neustarten - Autorisieren scheint also etwas gebracht zu haben. Im Hintergrund lauerte auch noch ein Aviraupdate, vielleicht hat sich das auch auf ADE ausgewirkt? Da kann ich leider nur spekulieren.

Jetzt klappt erst mal wieder alles und ich hoffe, dass es auch vorerst so bleibt.

ich muss leider mitteilen, dass bei mir die Fehlermeldung zurück ist!

Bei allen Büchern, die ich heute ausgeliehen und via ADE auf den Tolino übertragen habe, heißt es wieder:

Die gewünschte Aktion konnte leider nicht ausgeführt werden, da der Titel defekt ist. Bitte wenden Sie sich an ihren Buchhändler.

Die Cover werden gar nicht oder nur zur Hälfte angezeigt.

Nachdem ich ADE komplett deinstalliert und dann neu installiert hatte, hat es für 4 oder 5 Bücher problemlos funktioniert.

Aber bei den heutigen Büchern:

-Flavia de Luce - Mord ist nicht das letzte Wort (Alan Bradley)

-Spiegelsplitter (Ava Reed)

tritt die Fehlermeldung auf wie gehabt.

Irgendwelche Ideen?

As Annanymous suggested I deauthorised and deinstalled ADE completely from my computer.
Then I restarted the computer and downloaded ADE 4.5. I authorised it and loaned two testbooks from the Onleihe.
Then I loaded them on my reader with ADE. The first try did not work ... I had to authorise the Tolino again with the Adobe ID and after this the Tolino claimed that the deadline for the books had already runned out,
So I simply tried again to load it with ADE on my Tolino. And this time it worked! I tried another book that has not worked before and it works fine too!
I really hope that something in ADE was the problem and I will keep you updated if any more errors occur,
My current ADE version is ADE 4.5 and my current Tolino version is 10.0.1.

I have ADE 4.5 and Tolino 10.0.1. But the problem already occured with the last two Tolino versions too. Since the first of may I have the problem with many books. Before i had it once in the last week of december with some old ebooks from the onleihe (they were from 2011 i think)

Here are my results:

Gutenberg-books:
Gutenberg --> ADE --> Tolino --> does not work (Titel defect)
Gutenberg --> Calibre --> Tolino --> some work, some do not (Titel defect)
Gutenberg --> Tolinowebexplorer --> Tolino --> all books work fine

ADE-books:
ADE-website (Sherlock) --> ADE --> ERROR. Check activation! (ADE was not able to load the book)
ADE-website (Tony Hillerman) --> ADE --> Error. Check activation! (ADE was not able to load the book)

ADE-website (Sherlock)--> Tolinobrowser --> Tolino --> Book works fine
ADE-website (Tony Hillerman) --> Tolinobrowser --> Tolino --> Book works fine

Der Check-Activation error trat nur bei den Beispielbüchern von ADE auf, welche im ascm-Format heruntergeladen wurden, wenn ich versucht habe sie in ADE 4.5 zu laden. Ich habe dann nicht mehr ausprobiert sie auf den Tolino zu laden, weil ADE 4.5 sie ja nicht in .epub umwandeln konnte.
Von ADE habe ich auch noch Beispielbücher im epub-Format heruntergeladen, welche in ADE 4.5 funktionierten. Wenn ich die epub-Format-ADE-Beispielbücher auf meinen Tolino geladen habe, kam die Meldung "Die gewuenschte Aktion konnte leider nicht ausgefuehrt werden, da der Titel defekt ist. Bitte wenden sie sich an ihren Buchhaendler."
Ich weiß nicht, ob die Beispielbücher von der ADE -Website DRM haben oder nicht.Aber den Fehler mit den defekten Titeln auf dem Tolino hatte ich auch bei den DRM-freien Büchern von Gutenberg.org. Erst als ich die Bücher von Gutenberg.org über den Webexplorer des Tolinos auf den Tolino geladen habe, konnte ich sie öffnen.

Nein, weiß ich leider nicht. Die Dateiendung ist lediglich .epub Ich weiß nicht, ob sich dann irgendwie noch eine spezielle epub-Version feststellen lässt.

Okay, ich habe das mal ausgetestet. Es schein nicht nur allein an ADE zu liegen. Tolino scheint auch so ein Problemdamit zu haben, wenn ebooks über ein Programm auf dem Computer (ADE oder Calibre) auf den Tolino geladen werden. Aber lest selbst:

(Ich habe es jetzt auf Englisch geschrieben, damit hoffentlich alle Betroffenen es verstehen. Bei Bedarf kann ich es aber auch gerne noch mal auf Deutsch zusammenfassen)

I downloaded some example ebooks from ade:

The books were:

Alice adventures in Wonderland
The geography of bliss
The adventures of Sherlock Holmes
Thirteen moons

Alice and The geography of bliss worked fine in ADE. They were downloaded as epub from the website.

With Sherlock and Thirteen moons I had a problem: ADE was not able to open the downloaded books. The error was: Error. Check activation. The books were downloaded as ascm.
I loaded Alice and The geography of bliss on my reader with ADE but I got the usual message: Die gewuenschte Aktion konnte leider nicht ausgefuehrt werden, da der Titel defekt ist. Bitte wenden sie sich an ihren Buchhaendler.

Then I imported the downloaded books directly from the download folder into caliber and loaded them again on the Tolino. This time my Tolino was able to open "The geography of bliss" without problems. "Alice adventures in Wonderland" did not work. There was still the same error message.

Then I downloaded some books from Gutenberg.org

Books from http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/DE_Sachbuch_(B%C3%BCcherregal)
I tried:
Geologische Beobachtungen ueber die Vulcanischen Inseln by Charles Darwin
Untersuchungen ueber die Radioaktiven Substanzen (Marie Curie)

But when I loaded them on my Tolino with ADE there was the same error as before with this books too! Tolino was not able to open them.

Afterwards I imported both books directly from my download folder into caliber and loaded them again on my Tolino. My Tolino was able to open "Untersuchungen ueber die Radioaktiven Substanzen" but with "Geologische Beobachtungen"there was still the same error message as before.

Then I went on gutenberg.org with the web-explorer of the Tolino and downloaded "Geologische Beobachtungen" again. This time it worked without problems!

Strange...

So it can not only be a problem with ADE. It seems as if Tolino has problems with ebooks as soon as they went through a programm on the computer (like ADE or Calibre).

Here are some book examples from the onleihe if someone wants to try them out on her/his Tolino.

okay, thank you for the tipps. I will try to test them out this evening or this weekend.
My personal theory is, as Bibliothekarin expects, that there is a problem between ADE and Tolino. I think that there is some problem in the way ADE coverts the books from azw to epub - maybe with the formatting. If the Tolino-ebookintepreter is very sensitive about the way of formatting than it would be logical that it can not read some of the ADE-converted books. In this theory would fit that there is no problem with the books if you download them directly from the Tolinoexplorer. Of course Tolino formats them in a way, that works for Tolino. It also fits, that the books work on the cybook odysse - it has an old ebookintepreter which is not that sensitive. And it fits that the books work on the Tolino if you strip the formatting away and only load them on the Tolino as a textfile.
I am aware that it is not allowed to do so because on this way the drm is removed. I really only tried it for two books because i wanted to see whether the problem is with the formatting. Normally of course i do not remove the drm!

Yes, if i go directly over the explorer of the Tolino then the books work out just fine. But i do not really like the Tolinoexplorer and prefer to download them via ADE. Besides on ADE i have a better overview about the books i already read. And i just want to know why there are only some books which have this problem and not every book!

Das mit Calibre war nur zum testen - ich wollte ausprobieren ob es eventuell an der Formatierung liegt. Sonst mache ich das natuerlich nicht.

The problem with my tolino occurs with a lot of ebooks since the start of may, just like with the tolino users in sweden. But I have had this problem before in january when i tried to download a few of the older books in the onleihe. Just like now it was not with every book, only with a few ones. Then it worked without any problems with the newer books until the start of may. One example for a defect book would be These broken stars. Lilac und Tarver. On the tolino i have the same error as the swedish tolino users, on my cybook odysse everything works out just fine.

I wrote to the onleihe support and described the problem but they had no solution for me. In their last mail they just suggested to reset the tolino but that did not help.
I tried to load the books via usb on the Tolino of my father to test if it is only a problem with my Tolino. But there they did not work either. So it seems to be a general Tolino problem. I wonder why there are not more people with this problem.

The next step will be to write to the Tolino support. Then there will be at least one german user with the same problem and they will not be able to say it is only in sweden

Ich bin endlich dazu gekommen, ADE 4.5 auszuprobieren. Ich habe mir 4 Bücher aus der Nbib ausgeliehen. Diese habe ich direkt über ADE auf meinen Tolino geladen. Die Erfolgsquote lag immerhin bei 50%! 2 Bücher funktionieren problemlos, bei zwei anderen kommt die bekannte Fehlermeldung, dass der Titel defekt sei.. Auf dem alten Odysse funktioniert dagegen wieder alles.

In den betroffenen Titeln sind teilweise Umlaute enthalten, allerdings nicht in allen. Das wird also nicht das Problem sein, denke ich.
Die Datums-und Zeiteinstellungen im Tolino sind korrekt.
Sobald unsere Internetverbindung wieder zuverlässig funktioniert (bricht seit gestern ständig zusammen), werde ich versuchen, die neueste ADE-Version zu installieren. Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows 10.

Hallo ich habe ein ganz ähnliches Problem.
Ich leihe bereits seit Jahren Bücher bei der Nbib24 aus. Diese lade ich mir auf meinen PC und dort in Adobe Digital Editions. Von dort und auch von Calibre übertrage ich die ebooks auf meine Reader.
Um Weihnachten herum und seit einigen Wochen wieder habe ich jedoch bei mehreren e-Books ein Problem. Auf dem Computer werden sie fehlerfrei angezeigt, aber sobald ich sie per USB auf meinen Tolino Shine lade erhalte ich beim öffnen die Nachricht "Die gewünschte Aktion konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, da der Titel defekt ist. Bitte wenden sie sich an ihren Buchhändler." Die ebooks werden nicht mit Cover und Titel angezeigt. Stattdessen heißen sie "Titel-Autor.epub". Dies wird auch anstelle eines Covers angezeigt.
Dies ist nicht bei allen e-books aus der Nbib der Fall, nur bei einigen! Seit Anfang Mai kommt es jedoch gehäuft vor.
Ich habe die Adobe -Id meines Readers neu autorisiert, das hat aber nichts geholfen.
Wenn ich direkt über den Browser des Tolinos in die Nbib24 gehe und die Bücher von dort ausleihe, funktionieren sie.
Auf meinem alten Cybook Odysse funktioniere alle ebooks ohne irgendwelche Probleme, auch die vom PC übertragenen.
Ich bin momentan etwas ratlos. Irgendwie scheint die Tolinosoftware Probleme mit den Büchern vom PC zu haben. Wenn es ein Problem mit der Autorisierung wäre, müsste sich doch aber gar kein Buch von der Nbib24 öffnen lassen? Aber wie gesagt tritt das Problem nur bei einigten Bücher auf und auf dem alten Reader gar nicht.
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee?

Nach einigen Stunden herumexperimentieren habe ich folgendes herausgefunden:
Wenn ich die Bücher, die auf dem Reader Probleme machen, mit calibre ins txt-Format konvertiere, kann ich sie auf dem Tolino Shine Reader öffnen.
Anscheinend muss in der Formatierung der epub irgendetwas schief gelaufen sein, sodass der Tolino shine damit nicht mehr klar kommt, der cybook odysse das ganze aber ignorieren kann.
